This proceedure manages the entire process of evaluation of exhibitors. They will be able to enter numerous competitions available for their particiption during the Euroflora Fair. The software manages the planning of competitions, the system permitting juries to evaluate exhibitors and the subsequent management of votes gathered or points awarded, and assembling of the final classifications. This is a "critical mission" as vote gathering/counting will have to done within 24 hours (the time between completation of stand preparation and event starting). As a consequence, and due to the above described related factors, it is essential the software has the highest level of reliability and FAULT TOLERANCE. The "keep-on" operativity is guaranteed by a clustering server system.



PROJECT "CONTROL MANAGEMENT"

This web application collects information from various database and files, elaborates, transform and aggregates them following a set of rules defined by company's personnel.
Unaggregated data source are payrolls, accounting data, sales forecasts, work orders, cost for vehicles, expenses, etc.



CUSTOMER SUPPORT REQUEST

This application manages customer's request for support related to Selesta products. System keeps track of customer's products configurations (factories, offices, plants, etc.) with products codes, versions and serial numbers. Customers access the system through a browser interface o by e-mail. Customers are linked to their contracts for support.

Sales personnel can send special request to their managers, including authorisation for non standard discount, prices, delivery schedule. Managers can autorise/block requests. If a manager is not in his office, request are delivered to other managers after a time. Each request can be completely traced during lifecycle.


"THE CAIM WEB DATABASE" - CRM

Caim manages a lot of nautical charts using a client/server LAN application, which keeps track of new charts on board of vessels, upgrades, obsolescence, etc. The Caim web database is the public interface for maritime companies who get reports about charts on board (for each vessel), with informations like costs, upgrades, date of invoices, etc.
